    PND Support?

I've been dredging the forums for weeks trying to find something, but to no [clear] avail. Basically, I'm trying to find out whether the Pyra will support the .PND files from the Pandora. I'm planning to drop money on a Pyra first chance I get, and just want to know. [Apologies if I'm in the...

Pandora + Pebble = Music Control (and hopefully more)

I would be up for this! I don't have a pebble, but I've wanted one since the kickstarter.

    Phone Capabilities?

Nice! I am thoroughly geeked now! I will be buying in February! I'm pretty much hooked on my SkullCandy earbuds... Not sure where they rank with you, but they're pretty high on my favorites. Frankly, I agree with you on the Apple 'buds...

    Phone Capabilities?

I even noticed -- and correct me if I'm wrong -- that the Pyra supports inline mics? Edit: Apologies if I seem a bit ignorant, I fell out of the loop for a while and am finally getting caught up again.

    Phone Capabilities?

I guess then I just have to use a headset/headphones every time I need to make a call? or does the Pyra have a better built-in mic/speaker setup? I'm pretty psyched in any case! LOL!

    Phone Capabilities?

I know you can use Hangouts through Chrome, and with Google Voice (Also through Browser) Dialing shouldn't be an issue. I'm guess I'm just not sure how well Chrome would run on the Pyra [It constantly crashes on my Pandora.]

    Phone Capabilities?

I'm already looking to buy a Pyra around February [with my next Tax Return], but had one major question come to mind. If I buy a 4G unit, will I be able to make standard phone calls with it, or will I have to use something like Google Hangouts. And will google Hangouts even work? Also, if...

    Should Pyra have a Camera?

I think there should be an option for both with and with out, priced accordingly. I don't know how much of a PITA that'd be to do, though. If it's not too tedious, though, I think maybe the ones with a camera would be a preorder special, or only make a certain percentage of, say, the first...

    Pandora PNDManager

feature Req.: the ability to move .pnd files [and, if possible, the associated folders] between usb/sd media. note: I'm assuming that the folders part won't be easy, unless there's some way to parse that info out of the .pnd/.pxml file, so I'm going to also assume that it's too difficult to...

    design B for p2

Personally I kinda like the suggestion in the original post, except for the fact that it doesn't fold/slide. The only other thing I'd consider changing is switching the analogs with the digitals.  I'd much prefer to have something more like the PSP [i'm thinking more of the original PSP, but...

    Pandora-like Linux

Sweet! You all have been a great help! I did notice [i think it was when I signed up for DropBox] that someone suggested setting the DropBox directory to the home folder... That's a possibility, but I don't know if the Pandora even has a DB client, or some other method of doing so...

    Pandora-like Linux

Mr Rob pretty much got it! I have some games that I've lost progress on trying to switch between computers. Plus, switching to Linux from Windows is a bit trying on my patience sometimes. That's one of the main reasons I got my Pandora in the first place, was to essentially try to force myself...

    Pandora-like Linux

Lol! Funny you should say that... I just installed XFCE in Ubuntu! So far, It about nails it on the head! A few more tweaks, and I think It'll be pretty doggone close!

    Pandora-like Linux

Well, Mini Menu would be a cool start! If possible I'd essentially like to recreate Pandora, but on either my current laptop -- a Duel Core Toshiba Satellite -- or on a smaller netbook. Part of the reason is storage-related. I have a TON of the games, and roms for the emulators, but I don't want...

    Pandora-like Linux

I was looking at a few different Linux distros, when I got to thinking... What all would it take to set up a Pandora-like interface on, say, a laptop computer? I would be fairly curious to try it, if it's possible. Mainly, I'd like to figure out what to use as a base, plus what I'd have to...
