    Something is wrong with git.openpandora.org

If you're trying from the Pandora itself it might be a certificate issue.

    The Communication Cube

Yes, this is actually something LLMs are decent at: summarizing something. You can have it look at some documentation and pull what you need, or at least tell you where to look.

What are you playing this weekend/these days?

Recently finished Kotor 2 (Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 2 - The Sith Lords) on my phone. I played the first one a long time ago so I remembered the global plot but not all the details and characters. I probably missed a few references but that didn't prevent me from following the...

    The Communication Cube

The problem with LLM written code is that you can't trust it. It will hallucinate dependencies (with security risks) and is prone to writing unsecure code. So you need a human to review it. And code review is difficult, and not very interesting. It's like having a self-driving car but having to...

What are you playing this weekend/these days?

I played it 10 years ago. From what I remember it looks great, the gameplay is nothing exceptionnal but it's solid enough. I just remember that most levels were a bit too long, they just kept going after exhausting everything interesting. I won't say it's a must-play but I have good memories of it.

What are you playing this weekend/these days?

I've played it recently on my SNES Mini and found the reflex-intensive levels (such as the mine carts levels) to be very difficult. If I have the opportunity I'll try to compare with my SNES and cart.

Yes it was designed for mouse point and click. I guess you won't be able to play user generated content on the Switch version. It's too bad, there are some pretty good content.

I've enjoyed the series a lot. Returns was the first effort of the team and it's showing: Dragonfall and Hong-Kong are generally better liked. I've actually published an adventure for Dragonfall (available on the Steam Workshop).

What are you playing this weekend/these days?

Finished Evoland 2 on my phone. I haven't played the first one. This one is an action-RPG centered on time travel, with each epoch having its own graphic style (low-res 2D, SNES-like 2D and 3D) and many different game styles (mostly action-RPG but also platforming, beat them up, shmup, etc.)...

All them tiny Handheld who shall not deserve its own Thread

Yes there's zero chance anyone will check your handheld, unless the police is actively looking to pin something on you (for example if you've insulted them or they suspect you of committing a crime but can't prove it). Since you're white, you should be fine. In any case the regular police can't...

    The Communication Cube

It's not like the US AI companies are innovating in any way. They kept asking for more money and resources that any project ever had and delivered little to no improvements and a small Chinese company with a fraction of their resources was able to come up with something much more efficient at a...

    Release Pcsx-Rearmed

I haven't played Chrono Cross but the few PSX games I've played on the Pandora, both 2D and 3D, worked fine. I'd suggest: - Trying another 3D driver (I don't remember the one I use) - Making sure you have the latest version or, if you have, trying to downgrade to an earlier version

What are you playing this weekend/these days?

Recently won a game of Midwinter (with bombers and mortars disabled) and I confirm my appreciation. It's really well designed. For example I've realised that the "ice-age" world isn't just a pretext to have untextured white floor everywhere and a more oppressive atmosphere. It makes travelling...

    Box86 - Linux Userspace x86 Emulator

Wow, better than Rosetta on a M1? Doesn't Rosetta benefit from some help from the hardware? Does box64 benefit from them as well are you just that much better than Apple's software team? And box32 is a great idea. :)

In Japan, a special hardware called the "Rez Trance Vibrator" was sold for that game. It was a small rectangular USB device that vibrated in sync with the music.
