Yeah, I tried PhoneME, but it requires so much tinkering around and most java games won't work with it.
I'd like something more like mame, where you can just select the .jar you want to play, and play it.

I'm the first to admit I'm a noob at programming. I'm wondering if anyone has compiled a program like jamvm-1.5.4 for the wiz ?
I saw on the wiki that there is a gp2x wiz java runtime, but the link is dead.
I have tons of java games that I'd LOVE to run on my wiz.

I got a flash 8 game to work, but only in the NAND (flash) folder. If I put the game in the (flash) folder on my SD card it won't play. Ah well, at least it works.

I'm curious what format the flash games need to be in in order to play them on the wiz.
I've found a few free ones on the internet, but they don't show up in the launcher when I load them onto my wiz.

I've done a successful flash to the latest firmware for the wiz.
I've loaded on mame4all and put 1 rom in the roms folder. When I start the mame program it goes to the loading screen and stops.
