i was looking at games on it for the gp32 and there are some id like but i cant download them i get an error page telling me to turn on refferal logging how do i do that??

It is on by default in IE but some products disable it for various reasons. You are most likely running a norton product or some other anti-virus or "internet safe" software. Turn it off and it will work.
