Hello,

I recently purchased a GP32 yesterday. I have tried a few emulators on this, such a GP Engine, but i found out that the GP32 i had, won't clock any further than 133mhz :( I have tried using faster speeds under GP Engine, but the bugger crashes, before loading a game, or during gameplay. Is there anyway, i can solve this, be able to clock the processor faster? Or send it to a copmpany, so they could do it for me. Replies would be much apppreciated.

Cheers,

GPEngine has no reason to go beyond 133mhz, try downloading opensnes9x, and changing the clock speed, download the newest version because it has choices like 140mhz, 150mhz, more than just 133, 166mhz, that would be the best way to test your GP.

Mine only goes to 156mhz btw, but still runs opensnes and all other programs just fine.

At gbax.com you should find link showing how to alter the supply voltage to the cpu by altering two resistors. These are very small and if u mess it up the cpu could get the full voltage and and up fried.
