Is there any way you can check whether your machine can safely run 166mhz? Though i've previously ran at that clock speed and experienced absolutely no problems, is there a way to check and be on the safe side?

It would be interesting to hear if anyones actually done any harm to their GP32 by overclocking. I've always gone on the assumption it's fairly safe and I've yet to have any problems myself. Has anyone here had any problems?

I would try the OpenSNES9x Emulator. Take your GP32 to 166 Mhz an try some games. If you have no freezes it will work fine! ;)

Just don't overclock too high or you might fry your GP32.
It still probably won't fry the gp32. The gp32 would just reboot or freeze. And he probably won't be able to overclock "too high" because most emulators only OC to around 166mhz. And the ones that are specifically overclocked to OC higher than 166mhz, probably won't mess up the gp32.
