Still Waiting for my flu. ^^. Does the only NGP emu work with Metal Slug Mission 1 or 2. Cuz i really wanna play it. I dun care about sound, cuz i usually try the sound off cuz it wastes battery power, and u can't usually hear music/sfx outside.

Thx

yeah it works quite well, espescially if you overclock to 166mhz. Its definitely fast enough to be fun playing because i always am!! :)

Hope you enjoy it. :)

Man i was longing for GP version of metal slug.. then NEOGP comes.. now i w as waiting for this like ages.. and its ...CxxP.. When i say C$$P i dont mean the emu.. i mean NEOGEO POCKET.. (The emu is a wonderful peoice of coding.. good on ya ThunderZ) .. When i last had my own NEOGEO pocket with Metal salug 2 and sonic.. it seemed awesome, but looking back at it, it now looks very dated with poor colour pallete...!

Anyway.. i love the PC engine emu and spending lots of money just to see old PCE games was worth it for me. NEOGEO was a let down, only becasue i thoguht it was more amazing then it really was and seeing the truth again, compared to the PCE games made me realise this.

Goodjob i sold the NEOGEO pocket..1

I still think the NGPC rules. Even compared to more modern games like Metroid Fusion and Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, ngpc had some really great games. And IMO, I think it still has the best fighter on a handheld, MOTM.

I completely agree with Atama, both in the fact that the NGPC is one of THE COOLEST handheld ever (Along with our precious GP32 of course) and in the fact that MotM is one of the best fighting games ever on a handheld.

It comes down to SNK they always made great games i can't think of 1 bad game at all from them. Even there older arcade games b4 the neogeo rocked like POW etc. Its not the hardware thats it uses its the software and gameplay and neo geo just make the gameplay the best :)
