I'm just after ordering that GP2X from gp2X.co.uk but they gave me no option to have a delivery address thats different from the card holder address. The house its being sent to is empty for 3 months! I have an order number but was given no information on what the heck I'm supposed it do with it! There seems to be no way of canceling the order or changing address. Does anyone have any information???

Have you tried sending them an email? Or phoning them? The same happened to me and Jacqueline just changed the details... ;)

You're still a knowledge base
the things you were told to do are by and large pretty basic and obvious. Just try to deal with them in the future and not us.

Must you be rude? If you don't want to help you don't have to but you do not have to condescend. I would not speak to like that kindly do not to me.

I would say "Spoken like a gentleman" but I'm not in the mood of quoting an obscure Monty Python sketch right now, but still spoken like a gentleman. I just hope this ends with me getting the thing.

"We" aren't officially, but "we" might as well be.

the home page states "Welcome to all our new visitors, hang out, have some tea. Say hello on the forums.", with the link of forums to here.

as for the calls not being answered, i noticed the time the post was made on board time was 8:17 am, if the call made to them resulted in this posting then maybe they werent "open" at that time.

Haze also doesnt state where they live, so could in heory be in the US and having time zone problems... just a guess. Or maybe they have tried other times and have found that occasionally customer service is a touch lacking, which is understandable from what i assume to be a home based business

gp2x.co.uk doesnt like to respond to inquiries. You usually need to push a few emails at them to get an answer to your questions.

They're very reputable though, so don't worry.
