Simple questiion: When will be TV-out support added in DrMD? I would like to play Megadrive games on TV. :) And I would appreciate option for taking screenshots too. Its long time since last update, so will be any update in near feature?

Someone submitted an app into the coding compo which should supposedly make apps compatible with tv-out. I'm not sure if it works or not because I haven't tested it, but maybe you should have a go with that.

Yes, Kounch I believe ... and Reesy is looking into incorporating it in an upcoming release.

I tried the TV-OUT utility and still, DrMD was split into two screens (one at the top and one at the bottom). The top one was visible but shrunken and the bottom one is fuzzy. Am I doing something wrong, what settings, etc. did everyone else set for this?

Just use pal tv-out mode, ntsc didn't seem to work with the tv-out utility from the competition entries.

Leave the settings as they are and just press x or b to activate it.

When you go into drmdx, choose your rom, when it starts they may be a slight switching of screen modes but you will get fullscreen, TV-Out. :D

Don't US TV's have a pal mode?

My TV till do NTSC 3.58, NTSC 4.43, PAL and SECAM, it's usually UK consumers who get less and pay more for their goods.

The only thing would be contact kounch and see if he could check his utility for ntsc support, he may not have been able to test that himself being european.

I haven't seen many US TV's that can do PAL mode - most lose color or have a rolling picture.

Who knows. Buy a megadrive

Dumbest post ever.

Yeah, I agree --- since the dude is playing Megadrive ROMs, he must already own one! ;)
