Ok, so to be brief, some believe there was a woman pope (pope joan). Others think it was an urban legend. I was watching a primetime segment with Diane Sawyer were she went through all the evidence, and I must say it's convincing. I definitly believe it happened.

There's an aol link. Thats just some of the evidence. there are sculptures, writings, chairs, and paintings saying this really happened. What do you guys think? I found this to be very interesting to say the very least.

Google "Pope Joan" to hear some of the other information and evidence.

I seen that too, and I call bullshit. If not it makes Catholics look really loose, especialy that chair.
so you dont believe it? I thought it was clear that there was a woman at one time

If I might give you a tip:

Never ever try to back something up with AOL.
im not. Im just giving a nice source full of detail. Google it to learn more, or dont.

I watched the segment on primetime yesterday, and it seemed to be completely feasible

Sounds interesting, but probably as true as the s*it in "The Davinci Code"
What the hell was that all about <_<

I really dont think anyone here is taking into account all the evidence. Seriously, look up some articles about this. There are so many things that would say it's true, it's scary
