I didn't clean off my screen properly and was wondering if anyone has a guide for dissassembling the gp2x, to the point where I wipe off the screen? It's really starting to bother me...

Thanks in advance to anyone who replys

Knife or some other thin hard object to pry the screen off.....

One trick to keep in mind for the future - go to your bathroom, turn on all your hot water and steam up the room. Dust can't float around in that enviroment.

We use that trick all the time when applying screen protectors to PDAs.

You need to take the GP2X apart to clean a screen protector up?

Or do you mean there was actually already dust on the inside of your screen?

Damnit, I'm being stupid... but I really don't get this.

I was assuming he assembled the screen and trapped dust / hairs on the inside of the display where he can't wipe them away.

I have smudges on the screen that I got there before putting on the protector...

Reminds me of my friends crappy DS screen protector job :p seriously, it's creased like a mountain range or something, and whole new species have eveolved in the trapped dirt... well ok, it's not that bad or he'd have taken it off.
