Monkey Island

Just read the documentation of CastawayGP32 , the Atari ST emulator for GP32, it's very easy to understand.

Your only real problem will be to get a TOS ROM image (the operating system of the ST), but as with all things illegal, Google is your friend.

Don't expect anybody to do everything for you (like reading the manual), lazyness is a bad habit.

If you have specific problems, feel free to ask again.

About playing it on the PC: can't help you there.

get a copy of scummvm (from this very site) , install that on pc and gp32 , follow instructions that come with scummvm to install the data files from monkey island and it should work :)

But he has the ST version of the game, I don't think it'll work with SCUMMVM...

If you had the PC version, though, it'd be easier. You could then use SCUMMVM on both the GP32 and on your computer.

The GP32 versions of ScummVM don't support the ST versions of the SCUMM games.

CastAway is your best bet for running the game on the GP32.

Edit: I think you can install a CVS version of ScummVM on your PC from here to run the ST version on the PC. A PC will read the floppys so that's not a problem but I have not tested this as I bought PC versions of the SCUMM games a long time ago so my old ST floppys are long gone (well up the loft).

Is the ST version in any way superior?

If not, why not use the PC version with ScummVM?

I`m not too sure if there are any differences in gameplay between the three versions, But graphics wise there is a great deal of difference between the Atari ST, Amiga and PC versions of the games.

Atari ST = 16 colour game screens

Amiga = 32 colour game screens

PC = 256 colour game screens

BTW: If you can find it, You can also use the Amiga versions of the games with scummVM.
