I think that it would be cool to make a graphing calc emu, because the only things that they have and the GP32 dosen't (I think, and they also have other worse things like screen RES or something) is the keys, and you could do something like in frodo, L brings up a keypad. Only problem I see is that someone would have to dump the BIOS unless you emu one where there are BIOS updates on the web, most TIs have it I think. Here is a spec list for a TI if noone knows where to find it 
CPU: (unknown but prolly a ARM7 ~16MhZ, but I could be terribly wrong, just say 50MhZ just in case
FPU: Probbably easy to emulate with another 70MhZ
GPU: Don't think it has any
Screen: Picture looks smaller than GP32's
I think B/W, but if not, still easy
RAM: 48K, EASY.
Memory: 1.5MB
BIOS Memory: Dunno, but can't be more than 1MB
I think it would be easy if you can DL FW without having one, and there are free games for it everywhere
