how do i go about converting 7.2v to a 5v and 3.3v output?

In a efficient way i heard DC DC convertors are best but how do i get my hands on these things?

Thanks

mouser and digikey should have them. as for 7.2->5 volts, I know the 7805 regulator does it. You can find it at radio shack or in any older video game systems, if you have any that don't work anyway. What are you hoping to do, if I may ask?

I have returned to my mission my mate just gave me a N64 I was ssoooo close before i fried my old one it was looking really small.

The game carts I have removed from that chunky plastic housing the cart slot i want to move 45 degrees, controller ports removed,av power ports removed aswell.

N64 board is tiny :D

Yeah I know about the 7805's but the guys at benheck said it wasn't very effecient they reccomend DC DC converters but I dont where to get ones for my use, short of building I am kinda stuck.

EDIT: I also need this for my Ultimate GP32
