Has anyone had any problems changing their SMC's.

Every now and again, my GP32 will not read one of my SMC's when I change them around.

Has anyone else had this problem or know why this happens ??????

hmm.. that's a good point, but I have had no problems either

No such thing as a 'cheap' SMC. Only two manufacturers make these cards, Samsung and Toshiba. Whichever one you buy, it is of a very high quality.

That may be, but I think that those that fail their Quality tests probably get sold to OEMs who then put their label on it or call it Generic.

Thanks for the reply's,

I am turning off my GP32 when changing cards.

The SMC card is not recognised also after I've downloaded stuff using my card reader I bought from GBAx.com and then putting it into my GP32 (and yes, I am formatting the SMC first using GP32 link.)

Since none of you guys have had any problems I must have a faulty card. I bought it from Amazon (Viking make I think) the other one seems fine (I bought this from 7 dayshop.com).

Thanks again for the reply's, At least I know I can take several cards on holiday and swap them around in future without losing any of my data.

Cheers.
