Hey-a, people, I just wanting to know, is there any way to put movies onto your GP32's 128mb SMC that are over 128mb? I need to know if there is a way to compress a movie to fit..I want to put on a film, it is about 150mb, too big for the card, is there any way to compress it?

I would appreciate any suggestions or help, thank you.

Also..I heard that there are cards like 258mb and 512mb that are 3.3 volts and will work on GP32, is that true?
Thank you!

there are many tutorials for encodeing movies for the gp32, check gp32 emu, i think theres one there,

about the smc's, no there are no smc's larger than 128mb that are 3.3V, gamepark said they were developing one, but gamepark say alot of things, so dont count on getting one any time soon.

Oh, thank you both for your help! I will search for Vdub, thank you so much, you are a life saver! I did not know Gamepark would lie, maybe a larger SMC might come along..

If you have converted a film to gp32 divx and it still doesnt fit my advice would be to then use DR divx which allows you to specify an exact filesize so if your movies come out at 135meg that`ll shink it for you

they weren't necesaryly lieing when they said that, they were probly planning on doing it, but it never happened same with the internet feature ;)

Anyway, if the files are too big to fit , u can always use an avi splitter and cut the video file in two, three or even more chunks. ;)
