Hi, I have tried to boot the Pyra from internal µSD and it - almost - works.
If I press the lower left shoulder button and power on, I see on console:
U-Boot SPL 2016.11-00200-gdde7583 (Jan 23 2017 - 19:35:10) OMAP5432-GP ES2.0 Trying to boot from MMC2_2
So this means the MLO is found and starting, but u-boot can not yet be loaded.
This can sureley be fixed and is mostly a matter of when time is invested.

Hi,
that is the MMC-port which shares the eMMC using a software switch, right?
Maybe the MLO switches to the eMMC?
Have you tried accessing the eMMC from a booted OS to see that it works fine? (or tried installing the MLO to the eMMC even)

Yes.

No, the MLO initially did not even control the µSD/eMMC switch so the OMAP would still see the same card.
I think the MLO comes from µSD but switches to one of the big SD slots where no card is installed in that case.

Both µSD and eMMC can be accessed from U-boot console and the switch can be operated:

What I have not yet tried is to access eMMC from Linux because we are missing a driver to properly operate the switch.
