Yes, these two parameters are. But some users might want the touchscreen to react with less pressure than others. So it's a sensitivity setting that's missing :)
Well, Kernel is not prepared to provide that as a user-setting. But I guess it can be added in user-space.
Maybe we can do that when I visit you to work on the power supply weirdnesses (if we find the time).
