Hi, I have played a little with the OPP voltages and was able to boot one of the CPU boards with 1.3 GHz. It did run the bash-loop well (>10 minutes).

this exception stack did repeat multiple times and the NEON loop did run for 10 minutes without freeze.
Two things were strange: the LEDs did stop blinking (i.e. I2C2 seems to be cease operation). And I was no longer able to type commands or abort the processes by ctl-C.
What does this "INFO: rcu_preempt self-detected stall on CPU" mean? Does this give a hint what is going wrong? Is something wrong in some SoC interconnect? Or is just one core recognising that the other core did freeze?
