How do you know that? It's not mentioned in feature list of our RAM's datasheet.
Well, it says on page 36 of the datasheet: " Auto Self-Refresh (ASR): set MR2 A6 = 0B to disable or 1B to enable feature"
That bit doesn't mean what you think it does. It means that when in self-refresh, the RAM will automatically increase its refresh rate when it detects it is operating at extended temperatures (85͏°C - 95͏°C).
