So there is now a new link: https://github.com/openpvrsgx-devgroup%3E > Only Two people in organization ? And is there anyone on irc ?>> Hmm what's the irc channel again? It was mentioned but> I can't find it in the thread right now..I saw information that there is already #powervr channel on freenode irc
Some info and links would be maybe step #1 for the github page? :)
Is there a possibility to allow updating github pages/wiki only by PR (after code review) ? So we don't have situation where someone just puts there some confidential info/documentation (like that mentioned by libv on his blog). That links should be checked by someone not creating any code here (so we don't see it by "mistake").
Next, I had asked postmaster@vger.kernel.org to get a mailing list for us, but they declined with only stating "it is not appropriate" because it is for kernel related topics. I asked again that we work for the Linux kernel and want to get it into staging, but that is still not appropriate. No further details, so that I do not know what really would be appropriate. Does it need Linus' approval or must be decided on some core developer meeting? But that is just my guess.
Well probably that's because this is just a single device driver, not a Linux subsystem.
What about the existing list that was mentioned, maybe we can start using that one? Or set up a new list on freedesktop.org or on infradead.org?
