Hi,

Haven't noticed the "hot RAM" problem Tony reported - can poweroff and then start fine (no reboot because of unrelated and known ABE issue "clock: dpll_abe_ck failed transition to 'locked'").
I'm now guessing the hot reboot issue is related to the internal DLL being off on start-up. Just for curiosity, one more test to run would be to do the following:
1. Keep DDR voltage at 1.35V
2. Keep DDR internal DLL in u-boot
3. Stop DDR internal DLL later on in u-boot before starting kernel
4. See if kernel boots reliably and runs two instances of memtester 1900M
Note that we should not run production devices with the DLL off even if this works. Might provide us few more devevelopment devices though :)
Regards,
Tony
