Eh what? Yes it does. In fact the cortex-A15 does not support a no-write-allocate policy at all.
From what I see in the manual you can't have write-though (always
write RAM, even on cache hit) but you can still have no-allocate. Still I guess Linux doesn't map user pages like that so it doesn't matter.
