Hi,
Good news! As adding multiple frequencies made my board run stable with a 1,25GHz as well (even though it never worked with anything higher than 1,8GHz before), maybe this can help.
If you don't get it fully working today I can do some more experiments tonight as well.
BTW: Is it worth checking other voltages of the PALMAS as well or is the rest just common stuff that should be the same for us as for the EVM?
I will try to set this to 1350000.
Result: 4GB CPU now reliably (as far as 3 boot attempts can tell) boots at 1.25GHz. And 2GB CPU as well...
So it looks as if we have found one important factor.
Is not a hardware but a software bug. Although nobody did believe me :)
Anyways, only the next onion shell has been opened since it does freeze after 6-8 seconds @ 1.5GHz...
Since the DRAM is capable of handling 1.5V we have now a new tool to check if the 1.5Ghz problem is also coming from the DRAM.
