Hmm interesting. What about the datasheet value mentioned in one of my commits? I used a slightly larger value to make the old CPU board revisions to work.
How did you run your memtest? From a loaded kernel or from U-Boot as well?
Only with kernel with two instances of memtester running.

If the memory is not working the errors are usually random oopses. Not sure why it would always just hang.
@Tony: We do have an adaptor for JTAG access available for the Pyra, but we have no one who know is very knowledgable with that. Have you ever used the JTAG and would that help you debugging the memory issue? Then Nikolaus could send that adaptor to you.
Sure I could use one. Also the main board in my rack is an old version with no WLAN working that forces me to use an external SDIO WLAN adapter on it so I'd like to replace that if possible.
