will we have support for lzma in kernel? the compression esp of small files is highly impressive

I can't really be sure that you guys aren't refering to squashfs files when you say cramfs either which seems to me to be pretty out of date with many proformance gains for squashfs

might be usefull on the slower class 4 SD cards as well

while it is said that lzma is better for systems that are not ram constrained i thing the pandora probably falls in that category since they are talking about systems with 64mb or less really.... even then they care capable of decompression and it is not likey that compression would be done on the pandora anyway
