Just wondering if this package would be compatible with the Pandora architecture, Angstrom/ XFCE mix and if it would be possible to make these drivers work?

The 'make' and 'make install' commands aren't available on a vanilla Pandora it seems, so is this http://www.gp32x.de...ps/page__st__15 the right place to look toward setting up the tools for this? Or is the Gspca package already in the Angstrom repo and could opkg be used to install it?

Also the Kinnect cam (I could only find this thread about it)

But the gspca package above appears to hold a Kinect driver, so is that also perhaps an option?

edit : spelling

I'm sorry, I haven't much clue, but I just mean to tell you that it's spelled "Kinect".

Yes I clearly have no clue either :) but thought I'd see if anyone knew.

Found this since which paints a somewhat dour outlook on things, though I'm more after simply getting various webcams running easily, rather than making it a camcorder and certainly not HD, as that sounds too intensive, aswell as learning how to compile drivers for anything else that may spring to mind that has them available in compatible packages. Would be nice to make a number of products plug and play for future users to have a simple experience with via PND installers for device drivers etc.
