Using Custom Cursors In Sdl Windows Without Touchscreen Issues

Thanks DJWillis. There are several great games and applications that are affected by this 'bug'. Dosbox and GemRB spring immediately to mind. It'll be great to be able to play them without having to save and reload constantly when the mouse gets out of sync.

So the cursor falls out of sync because SDL assumes the cursor is invisible and therefore you don't really care about when things about it change (such as moving outside of the "window")? But if it's visible (but transparent) it always manages to do the right thing? That seems weird, but I'll give it a try.
