Is there any software for OP like pdfsam (split and merge) or can anyone make a pnd or package for Slackware ? So I could do this work on OP and won't need the big machine.

Splitting PDF is easy. Just print it to a file and select the required pages.
No idea if there is a workaround for merging.
 
For the Pyra, when we(aTc) migrates to the latest Debian release bullseye it will just be in the repository. As for the OP it may be possible to compile it from source, depending on how old the libraries are on the developer tools PND (Code::Blocks).

Already tried to build it yourself with sbopkg?

There are some command line PDF tools available in Slackware: pdfseparate / pdfunite that might be sufficient.
Part of Poppler-utils and already pre-installed out of the box on Slackware (at least that is what I expect - I have it on mine).
