Never heard about .txc files.

Where did you grab it ?

BTW mame4all and mame ex .pnds work.

sorry i meant txz files..yeah i know that the pnd version works but they're based off a heinous version of mame with an old romset so i wanted to try the newest mame version on slackware..

The Pandora is NOT x86. It's arm. You will need to compile mame yourself most likely.

I think you just extracted the x86 version but you cannot run it.

@Solstar: Even if it worked Mame 0.146 would be way too slow, just use Mame4all, Panmame, FBA and GnGeo for the moment, maybe in the future (hopefully in the incoming Dragonbox compo) some dev will release a faster Mame version so, perhaps, we can finally play Mortal Kombat 2 and other great arcade games on the Pandora.
