it's still working pandebian?

I haven't tried it in a long while, last I knew I had to install squeeze and dist-upgrade to wheezy as the wheezy installer was broken. I haven't dared to try install jessie or stretch.

If i remember well Pandebian works from SD card so not from internal memory of Pandora (called NAND) and so is not bricking Pandora.
Also this is not updated anymore...

or my dvice get bricked, if my device get bricked, any way to reflash? (im noob on linux)
I don't have a Pandora myself, so I'm not sure how to flash the NAND, but to my knowledge you can get whatever OS you want to try on an SD card. Then you'll not be in any danger to brick your Pandora, as an badly working OS can just be erased from the SD card by formatting it.
If you want to learn a bit about Linux and the Pandora and have no problem with the English language, I highly recommend you to take a look at the Pandora Wiki. There's even a beginner's guide to Linux itself.

Edit: I should write faster...
