The Pandora uses an Arm processor the Arm processor 'speaks a different language' to x86 processors which Raine was made to run on. To run Raine on Pandora it would have to be more or less rewritten from scratch.
DoDonPachi is awesome, from my experience the PS1 port runs perfectly on PCSX ReARMed.
PS1 emulation is near perfect.
PSX/PS1 does run on the Pandora... you'll find most 8bit systems through some 32 bit systems on here as well. A good many N64 games run surprisingly well, though there are plenty that you won't be able to run either. There are a lot of Arcade emulation options, Amiga/DOS is brilliant with the built in keyboard.
We may see Dreamcast emulation come along some day... but don't hold your breath. Other hopefuls include Nintendo DS emulation which while technically possible would require a dedicated developer or team to pull off. There is some interest in PSP emulation, but this is probably far less likely than DS and way more costly to pull off.
Systems you won't see working are Gamecube/XBox/PS2 or anything later. Most PC games around the mid 90's and later won't work either... but there are exceptions as people do port this software to the Pandora from time to time.
If anything there is plenty to play with and keep you busy for a lifetime with what is on offer at this point...
