So, here is a new entry in the Emulator Category.

PPSSPP, with some tweaked Menu Background ;-)

It's not able to do full speed on game. It's getting better, but it's long way to have a useable PSP emulator on the Pandora.

But you can try it, I guess some Tactical RPG can be playable nicely.

Any challenges making it run on pandora? Pandora specific improvements?

Honestly, not really. Being GLES2, only EGL context was to be created. And the control were also easy to map.

About Pandora specific improvement, I haven't done much yet. The emulator is very actively developed, I don't feel like trying to do some hacking yet. But I'll probably try to do some Neon code later.

*EDIT* : I may have missinterpreted you. You are asking if this new version in fact qualify for being an entry in the competition ? Hum, yes, this entry may not be qualify for an entry, as the improvement is not that big (and I don't think adding competition logo is enough).

May be I have to remove this entry from the competition.

At the moment there are no other entries in the emulator category, so you might well have have a rather good chance of winning something. :)

I couldn't work out if apkenv was going to be released in the emulator category. If it is then that's 2 entries for 3 prizes so chances are still pretty good. ;)
