Picodrive, is without a doubt one of my favourite emulators for the Wiz and GP2X, but the Wiz version seems to be a quick compile.
So quick that it does not give you an option to change the clock speed in-fact, I kinda clued in when I tried underclocking to 50mhz, and the program still ran fullspeed.
The program can be re-clocked using something like Gmenu2x, but the internal CPU modifier just doesn't function, at all.
It would be nice to actually have this working properly, since some games (namely Sega CD) would work better with higher CPU and the per-rom settings working.
