    Ask the Dragon!

T I believe the Pyra is more user-friendly on xlsx spreadsheet editing than the android does, as it is a really nightmare to use the touch screen to edit spreadsheet. I would like to use Pyra as my every-day-carry device for light xlsx and docx editing, so I have also consider the performance...

    Ask the Dragon!

How about the real-life user experience of the Pyra on performance wise - for example, open and edit a ~10MB xlsx spreadsheet? Ideally a side by side comparison of Pyra and flagship Android phone open the same xlsx file. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

Will Pyra get benefits from zram?

On old laptop with only 2GB memory, enable the zram can slightly improve the experience, slighy better than swap, as the mechanical hard drive caused slow swap. For Pyra, which is better, zram or swap? Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

    Case closed?

Don't warry, even if IMAP 5 is not available and ED hasn't secure the order, we still have the option - build another new CPU board with alternative CPUs. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

Pyra Prototype Videos - Askarus Edition

Yes and no - almost all recent LCDs are PWM, except very few apple devices; and not all PWM LCDs are equal, some use high frequency which can significant improve the flicker issue. So, is it possible to do some PWM/flicker test like notebookcheck.net for the Pyra LCD? Sent from my SM-G900F...

Pyra Prototype Videos - Askarus Edition

Great video. Does the Pyra LCD uses PWM? Is it possible add Screen Flickering / PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) test for the next video? Nowadays more and more LCDs using PWM to dim the screen which means sensitive users will likely notice flickering and experience eyestrain at low brightness...

    Getting closer...

How about the real possibility to just replace the CPU board to do the upgrade after a while? Take the X99 motherboard as an example, you could do CPU upgrade, but you are limited to upgrade to 2011-3 CPUs, after a long while, now you have to purchase a X299 motherboard to upgrade to new CPUs. I...
