I want to cancel my order!

Google checkout appear to have a "cancel order" direct link, if you go through the help centre link at the bottom of your reciept email. They're quoting a refund in around 3 business days, is another avenue to explore.

Well after many years farewell <3

Google checkout have a cancellation link via the help centre link on your reciept email if you ordered through them. May make things a bit easier.

Regretfully Cancelling my Order -- Who do I email?

Googlecheckout have a link which you can go through, if you paid via them. Go through the "google checkout help centre" link at the bottom of your reciept email. Apparently takes around 3 business days to get refunded, will see what happens.

    What the hell?

Ditto, best of luck for the future all.

    What the hell?

emails are cheaper than PCBs. I appreciate the difficulties of a backlog, but over 2 weeks with no reply is not dealing with a backlog, it is ignoring emails. Even just a "we have been messed about by Circuitco, please be ready to wait another month or 2" bulk sent email would be a reasurrance...

The plan a bit more detailed (2011-09-27)

Woah there, but it would be the best thing for Craig for me and others not to request a refund. And the best way he could have done that is to ensure people get information about their order when they ask for it, even if it's a few days late and is along the lines of "you will probably have to...

    What the hell?

That's a really good example of why I'm trying to get a refund. And if Craig actually replied to emails, perhaps people would not be so urgent in demanding a refund. But for now, I want my money back before the UK company crashes because Craig thinks he does not have to answer to customers.

Investments, Production start, preoderings and a wish (2011-10-02)

EvilDragon, I really wish I'd ordered my Pandora from you originally, you've been brilliant with every question asked on here. But why is Craig not explaining the difficulties here? Why has it come to you to explain his issues with his store?

The plan a bit more detailed (2011-09-27)

If a refund saves OPT $75, why is my refund not getting processed rapidly? I have contacted Craig via every possible means, including IM on here as a final act of desperation for a refund. So if it saves that much money, why am I not getting a refund?

    What the hell?

That is better than I could ever put it. Oh, and Onpon4, yes they have an obligation to provide either a product or a refund. However, Craig's company is refusing to reply to emails, including those requesting refunds from people who no longer trust the company with their money. Sure they're...

Who do I contact? Where is my machine?

I'm trying to get more from Craig, specifically when he'll start replying to emails and when you can catually get a refund. However, he's not replied yet to my IM.

    What the hell?

Erm, I meant it's hard to trust Craig's UK company! Sorry, didn't mean to disparage you! You don't have any of my money, for starters.

    What the hell?

....which illustrates my point quite nicely. It's no longer about the Pandora itself, or even the time we need to wait to get a unit. I'm more than willing to try and buy another unit, from someone else. You are making it very hard to trust you. I would like to point out, I'm NOT referring to...

    What the hell?

Is there any kind of estimated timescale for this? I am not the only person asking about this, and would like to pass on any information.

Who do I contact? Where is my machine?

On another thread, Craig replied to me (asking basically the same question) "Your email isn't being ignored, we just have a big backlog of emails while we are moving production to Germany. It will be answered".

    What the hell?

You've answered me in the sense that you sent an answer to a compeltely different question, then said "No we're not ignoring your emails" after I clarified. Had I not "Got angry on the forums", I wouldn't even have that. Because every attempt to contact you via email or phone has proved...

    What the hell?

I'm in the same situation, and that email address is no longer getting any replies. There seems to be no other method of contacting the UK company (phone line apparently doesn't work), so I assume people are starting to post on here to try and get some information. If you paid by credit card...

Yes, sorry about that but I was frankly emailing every single address I could find in an attempt to actually elicit a response.

The plan a bit more detailed (2011-09-27)

See, yes, I've heard all about the long waiting times people have gone through, how people have waited well over a year and all that, AND I've heard how it's all worth it in the end and how great it is. That is not my issue, as I've said in my previous posts.
