    Pandora VHDL for Openpandora Hardware?

Yeah, that's pretty much what I thought but I thought I would ask anyway. I thought that the VHDL for the Beagleboard might have been open source so that the pandora's could be too. Interesting thought though, having a truely open portable system that anyone could manufacture if they wanted...

    Useful Links

I've found doing cross platform development that something like CMake or Sconstruct is invaluable to simplify the build process. CMake in particular is great, on windows it will generate VS project files and on linux it will generate makefiles. Really cool, I've found it great as I do most...

    Pandora VHDL for Openpandora Hardware?

Hi guys, Is there any way to get the full VHDL code for the openpandora hardware? This might allow people to simulate the hardware with an FPGA. Just wondering out of interest if this kind of thing is possible. I imagine actually running the pandora on an FPGA would be hella slow.

Fresh news from the board production (2010-10-20)

It is a shame that they you've had so much trouble with them, I guess if you were a big company like Apple or Nokia they wouldn't treat you so badly. Sounds like they've done something, but if they are going to be unreliable in the future then you're probably better off moving ASAP, even...

    Mass Production, second try (2010-10-18)

That could be realistic enough I imagine. Murphy's Law is good to keep in mind as well. Things sound like they are oming along though. Well done to the team, I look forward to seeing how things go.

    Haskell And Xmonad On Pandora

Hi, Haskell seems to be portable to ARM : Porting Haskell to ARM I use xmonad as the desktop environment on my laptops and desktop and was wondering if there is a chance that it might work on Pandora? I think its dependencies are fairly minimal except for GHC.

    Physics On The Pandora

Don't know if there are any 3D engines which will be compiled for ARM9, haven't seen anything in 3D for the Android. I wrote a 3D physics engine in C++ which should run without problems but I don't have a Pandora so I can't confirm. I would assume something like ODE (http://www.ode.org/) could...
