    Hu6280 V1.07 Released

This is my last off-topic post, but I think zappé in this context would be best translated as "scanned", which is to read superficially... so it would be "I scanned the thread for the information". People also use the phrase "to skim read" for the same purpose.

Il a remarqué que tu es une « goule » parce que tu as rétabli un sujet qui avait été mort pendant des mois (depuis le 24 juillet) ;) EDIT: removed "e" from the end of "mort". My French teacher may have temporarily stopped spinning in his grave now.

    Criticalbeeb 0.1.0 Released

You can actually play Hell Hole... the Stairway to Hell has it listed as an Electron disc, but it runs fine on criticalbeeb. Check your PM. Bone Cruncher works for me... you just have to be patient. It continues loading after about 28 star blinks ;) Er... yes, I guess so. I've got other...

I Went Over To The Dark Side... Got A Dslite + 1gig Flashcart

It's obvious, isn't it? Relative to many countries like the US and Britain, the Japanese eat much more food that's rich in omega-3 fatty acids (fish, largely) instead of omega-6. The brain's synapses are made up of, in the majority, omega-3 fatty acid DHA. omega-6 intake can cause the more...

    Criticalbeeb 0.1.0 Released

Sorry - I'll do you a build at lunchtime.... I'll make it a command line option EDIT: not this lunchtime, unfortunately. Work's busy at the moment.

    Uae2x 0.1alpha Wip

Well, I'm still keen to see the source ;)

No - that would switch off the shortcuts that make most games playable at a decent rate. You simply need to know that if a game fails to progress, you should try it with CPU set to 1. The default case covers the majority of games... why penalise the speed in those?

    Palmos Emulation?

Why ask a question if you don't read the replies? From my reply yesterday: "There are PalmOS emulators for several platforms. The source *is* available (from PalmOS, as it happens). Additionally, there exists QCoPilot which is a GPL'ed version for the Zaurus."

GP2X Including A Font With Sdl

If you want to have a font bitmap compiled into your code and used from there, you can do it using SFont (as criticalbeeb does) but use IMG_Load_RW to get the font bitmap from memory, rather than getting it from a file.

    Palmos Emulation?

Well, for that you might be better off porting/getting someone else to port it, as it's GPLed. Source is here: http://www.cs.unimaas.nl/p.spronck/picover...raderSource.zip

    Uae2x 0.1alpha Wip

I already told you it works fine for me on uae4all using the disk image I downloaded - see here: http://www.gp32x.de/board/index.php?showt...402&st=600#

    Palmos Emulation?

You clearly don't know what you're talking about. Quite why you feel the need to make bold assertions given that, I have no idea. There are PalmOS emulators for several platforms. The source *is* available (from PalmOS, as it happens). Additionally, there exists QCoPilot which is a GPL'ed...

    Uae2x 0.1alpha Wip

Fantastic :) Ah... the sweet feeling of freedom! Could you put the source up somewhere, please? EDIT: Turrican played very smoothly at 200MHz, great job. Silkworm less so, but that's no surprise. I've encountered a few issues that you probably already know about: After having run a game...

Uae4all Won't Run Any Games - Blank Screen

I feel that it is likely that spacy9's problem was as Iorgy77 diagnosed. The phrase "my money's on..." means that I would bet (perhaps money) on that being the problem (encrypted kickstart rom).

    Criticalbeeb 0.1.0 Released

Indeed. I've been taking such things out of the 6502 core to help a bit. I'll go through the mem handling as you suggest... every little helps :) I don't really see the need for Master compatibility... I'm just going to keep paring things down until it's as lean as possible. Gruntfuggly...

    Criticalbeeb 0.1.0 Released

There's no reason why it couldn't be made configurable, but it's unusual to see such a feature in handheld emus, I think. I'll shift it to the Select button in the next release, as I agree it'd be nicer there. I've just uploaded 0.3.1 (see edited first post). You can play Labyrinth now...

    Criticalbeeb 0.1.0 Released

The shoulder buttons can't be mapped in keyboard files. I didn't implement that, because I needed a trigger to open the virtual keyboard. I guess I could just use the R trigger for that, and let people map the L trigger. Alternatively, I could use the SELECT button to bring up the virtual...

    Criticalbeeb 0.1.0 Released

I'm working on the CPU and rendering code at the moment. I've had some encouraging results from changing the rendering / scaling and removing some inefficiency from the 6502 core. Ideally it would be great to integrate the 6502 asm core from ljp or somewhere else, but that won't happen...

    Criticalbeeb 0.1.0 Released

It would be possible, but I thought it'd be less hassle as it currently is. Things will probably change to the scheme you suggest (which is used by pspbeeb, etc.) when the virtual keyboard and on-device keymap editing are in place - it's more sensible then. Until then, the keyboard config...
