    Release Firefox 31.0 in repo

It's the asm interface to NEON code that's not compiling. Dunno what it's been targeted at.

    Release Firefox 31.0 in repo

I would have thought so, but gcc refused to compile it. Don't know why, maybe when I have some time I'll look deeper in to it.

    Release Firefox 31.0 in repo

So far, it looks better than 29 in my (very limited testing) Still no audio though. Weird. Also, no NEON in libyuv, as it's for a different arm core than we've got (Boo, hiss Mozilla)

I've just upgraded to 1.61, and now get unknown filesystem 'ubifs' when trying to mount the nand from by SD card booted OS... Anyone else seen this? Edit: D'oh. ubi0:rootfs, not ubi0:root dmesg & google are our friends :)

    Release Firefox 28.0 in repo

FWIW, I'm skipping the current version of FF. I'm totally unimpressed with 29, so I'm waiting to see if 31 is any better.

It depends what you use it for :) Personally with the builds I do, make -j4 would be a lot better than make -j2. Also slicing 3D models uses multiple CPUs. I guess it depends on whether you intend the Pyra to still be a general purpose handheld, or more aimed at the retro market...

    Some more of my ideas

Have a look at the ODroid XU, it has a replaceable eMMC module. The only thing needed are a couple of holes for a cable tie - otherwise from past experience cards like these fall off during customer shipping, or dropping 8)

iCP2: They're throwing in the towel.

I'm guessing my $219 are slowly wending their way to the Atlantic down a mess of smelly tubes. Wish I hadn't trusted Craig again. I honestly thought he'd have learned from the mistakes made on the P1. Anyway, ED, if you need any help that I can provide on any Pandora replacement, you've got it.

Active or Passive Cooling for P2?

Active when plugged in to the mains. Otherwise passive. Maybe a plugin cooling cartridge? :)
