I live in the US and I asked what could be done. Answer appears to be probably 'expensive' and definitely 'tricky', 'time-consuming' and 'talk to a lawyer to see'. Everyone that has done something already are all in the EU.
I asked earlier in the thread what a non (UK) resident pre-orderer who hasn't received their Pandora could do, but no one responded. So... what is the process? How much does it cost to file a claim - 300.00GBP?
