Insulting?
My point is that there's (barely) a handfull of people working on the OS and they need help.
There's no use in porting or making tons of new programs if the OS is horribly outdated.
And what I meant is that nobody replying in this topic is showing any interest on that...
Is anyone actually interested in developing the OS on pandora? If anything there's quite the shortage of hands and brains on that -_-
(but more homebrew is of course nice as well  )
I'm looking forward to look back at all these discussions in like 3 years and see people complain there still isn't a P2.
I wouldn't expect anything else, really.
So did I. It's just completely pointless to start a new thread like this every other month. People have been complaining about the lack of information about the cables and progress since the very beginning.
Complaining even more about it will not change a thing.
Of course, it probably helps...
It's all there: http://www.angstrom-...ution.org/repo/
(search for xfce on armv7)
So when .next is there (and we are aligned with upstream Angstrom) you should be able to install them with opkg.
No dummy-package though, so you'd have to install them manually (have a look at the dependency...
Either way, what I meant is that there is still a price difference between the upgrade and the value of a 1st gen pandora, which I'm hoping to sort of use as 'currency'.
But maybe I'll just wait it all out, recieve my original pre-order. Sell off this 1st gen pandora .. and then see about...
OK, I am wondering though, since the upgrade from 512 to 1ghz is 120 euro, which is less then the revenue made on a 1st gen pandora by OP.
How would you handle the remainder?
And: 'how' do I contact you? :)
