On my A3000 (RISCOS 3.1) it has proper 32 bit addressing and cooperative multitasking. I don't know if this is true of later versions on the RISCPC.
There is some custom hardware so it may be difficult to port.
I looked at this before but you need a RISCPC to build it.

The reason for choosing xdigger was that I noticed it was I was going through the games I had installed on my PC (Debian Linux) and noticed xdigger had a 320x240 mode. So I cross-compiled it and it runs fine on the GP2X.

If you're thinking of getting a Pandora or Wiz, it might be worth asking why have you hardly touched your GP2X and used your DS instead. If it's the number of commercial games, the Pandora and Wiz might not be a good choice.
I'd love one but it's debatable how much use I could be on the Pandora, a lot of stuff will probably work with just a compile or may even be available ready packaged from existing repositories - any of the devs who have got a free one, or buy one could do that.
I won't, I can't justify the cost, but it would be an easy for someone else to port to the pandora.
I'd be inclined to go back to the original, most of the changes I did were to resize the view port and fonts - the pandora can display it using its original (better) resolution. It may well...
