Release Qemu for Pandora (for rebirth competition)

I am finished here... You know, This is exactly why some of us hate other OSes! I got Win311 working. All I wanted was a port of Xiphos for the Pandora (A Bible program). Wfw311 will at least give me Quickverse 4. And the speed is decent. Just tried using Symantec Ghost to put an image of 98...

Release Qemu for Pandora (for rebirth competition)

ok, WFW311 works great. Still could not get Win98 to setup on the Pandora. It would always freeze on one of the early progress bars; 1% or 13% or 17%. I am trying Qemu Manager on Windows and so far the installation is going as it would on any old computer. OK I finished a very Lengthy...

Release SuperZaxxon - Beta 3 released

Does not make sense but I tried it and so far, after 3 reboots - they are all still working. Thanks! I accomplished the same by taking your advice but unchecking the [sessions&settings] checkbox in the same menu. After rebooting it is checked again but the problem "appears" resolved. Bad...

Release Qemu for Pandora (for rebirth competition)

OK I now have DOS 6 running (Easy) after learning to do "virtually everything". Just got WFW311 going, Nostalgia..... Got trapped with the PageOverCommit error on starting. Something my old 64MBRAM never encountered. Add this to your System.ini for those who don't know. Find the [386Enh]...

so I just started messing with Qemu today. Tried formating an image in Dos from my boot ISO. I was able to FDisk it but when I try to type format c: I can not get ":" to type to screen. The key works in alll other programs and I can make a '.' and '>' but no ":"

    Tor Project

I agree Something similar to the "Tor Browser appliance" that allows one to use Tor for browsing when needed and not permanently. I downloaded the Tor-Browser for Linux. Wont run it seems, because it is compiled for x86. It gives an Exit Code 2 on Vidalia that implies this. So I downloaded...

Release SuperZaxxon - Beta 3 released

When starting the TouchScreen-Calibrator in SB3 I get a blank screen and can not see the first click-box until after I try and guess where it is and click that area. In SB2 I was always greeted with a first click-box when starting the calibrator. It took three attempts before I got a first...

    CrossCompile IDE Setup

Well it was in my code from 2000 and it was in my includes in both MinGW and MSys which I installed last month. But you are right it seems to be a legacy file. It works with my Windows compiles but not any Linux compiles in CodeBlocks.

    CrossCompile IDE Setup

OK My code is ONE file so I am not using a project. Just loaded the one CPP and compiled for Windows no problem but There are no project or Build options activated when not using a full Project? If I must I can simply delete the EXE off my Linux versions. But this brought a second problem up...

    CrossCompile IDE Setup

Well Cross-Compiling is a first but I learned a couple things. ia32-2011.09-24-i686-pc-linux-gnu.exe is for coss-compiling apps to run on Linux systems on a "Intel" chip. arm-2011.09-70-arm-linux-gnu_eabi.exe is for coss-compiling apps to run on Linux systems on an ARM chip. Like the Pandora...

    CrossCompile IDE Setup

I have the CDevTools working with Geany. But I would like to use Codeblocks occassionally. I especially would like my CB work in Windows to be compiled for the Pandora as well. I can do this in GLbasic (it will create an exe and PND). How do I setup Windows CodeBlocks to commpile for the Pandora?

Release SuperZaxxon - Beta 3 released

I like the Standby mode and usually use it as a lid-close event on my notebook. But here where I may want to have something running with lid closed (like charging or mp3s)... I think I will remove the rc script and change to a couple bash scripts instead. I saw a few references online. Does rmmod ehci-hcd unnload the module? And therefore deactivate the USB?
