hopefully the lucky 105 will post lots of stuff on the net about their pandoras
Which will I guess keep the rest of us (like me) happy until we get ours
I'll be over soon, the wait that is
It will be all good in the end
Some of us have been waiting since the Pandora project was first conceptualised
Yep I did pre-order - and have to say it should be well worth the effort and hopefully the N64 emulator may work out ok as well
There are enough software side projects on the go...
Some of you will end up going blind - with sticky patches on your pants - from constantly thinking about Pandora, porn ... hmm Porndora hey my pandy got a new name!!!
 Bored I here you say? The video will be along in two months :P
Thats after the rest of us have pegged it from Swine/Bird/CSAR or any other kind of flu
The video link i think is this one

Appears to be all Smart device
Except the end where Craig shows his birthday suit in a bath
This thread will run on and on and on ....
Does anyone know their real place on the errr 'LeaderBoard'
I dont think anyone really does
Back when this first started some of us got order numbers, some of us got date ordered numbers, and some of us were just plain crazy .. there were...
This is going to turn into the mother of all posts
In the past i argued strongly for devs getting some initial pandoras from first batch after all order fulfilled but before any sent out to the press.
Now - after such a long wait i'm torn - I guess it's all down to timing and how much a...
Can't see the point of extending as such - because you would in theory just have to spend $10 to $20 on replacement battery from OP, flip the back cover and replace.
Can see some logic in prolonging via app usage - but as we have a relatively cheap power source and changing is straightforward
guys thats how I read it - the lucky first being from first pre-orders - but the point being was to ask the question - how would you test?, if you were one of the lucky ones - i guess i should phrased the question better - heck it was early in morning - sorry
point taken - without someone actually attempting to run Skype on Pandora either using Java package (with JVM) or under Android - we will never know - heck - there is a test in itself to try!
Was thinking about other stuff I would probably test:
Running Dos-Box with medium screen settings...
i think skype is plausible ... there is a java version i tried to use on a square screen samsung worked bu menu was messed up
it does work on android, which can run un=optimized on beagleboard so theoretically on pandora albeit a closed source...
Okay - this may have been posted before, as we noticed from the recent blog post from ED on OpenPandora websitethe first batch of 100 machine PCB's will be done sometime in later July 2009.
It was noted way back, by Craig that the initial 100 or so machines would be sent out to a lucky few to...
this topic is going nowhere - not sure where it originally started and ended maybe it should have been be posted in either an amiga forum or back here where some form of amiga emulation has started
