If there's enough people wanting that I'll set up a webcam and charge by the second. All proceeds go towards the Pandora fund ;)
Opening the case designs etc. would be nice :)
Found one problem but it's with the software itself not the port. Every now and again when your changing direction it seems to get itself stuck in a loop on one spot. It's happened a couple of times on the top platforms of stage 2.
Pressing a button for jump is much better. It confused me at...
Yeah that tune's a classic. I always thought it said "Into the waterfall" though :D
Good to hear ptitSeb. Cheers for putting the extra effort into it and making it such a complete port.
The music will be the icing on the cake for me. This has always been a seriously addictive game. I'm...
One of the best games ever on the Amiga but pressing up for jump got me killed far too many times to make it really enjoyable.
Cheers for the port ptitSeb. I didn't even know that this had been re-made B)
Shame we can't make XBMC use an external player for streams. Maybe then we could down res the streams, implement buffering and even recording on the fly. It would probably just be easier to do the plugin though (unless there's a plugin that already allows that).
Great work on porting this. I've held off using my Pandora for a lot of media up until now but I think It's about time I bought a new SD card just for that purpose.
I was surprised that the iPlayer plugin worked but wasn't surprised that the Pandora wouldn't be able to play the video fast...
Prove that it hasn't been improved. Unless you have contacts in all the companies that work with this technology and know exactly where the technology is heading in the next 5 years this is a completely bullsh*t statement.
I used this example because it was the first one to come to mind and...
You expect technology that has only been invented in the last 5 years to be in consumer products now? Nothing gets turned into a fully viable product in that amount of time. Especially not something that can explode or cause fires.
I never said that did I?
What you can do is contact the...
Battery technology has come on quite a long way in the past 5 years. You could look at using some of the newer advances to improve the existing batteries instead of making the battery bigger. That way it would be backward compatible with the Pandora and be good for both.
I remember reading...
I'll vote for Debian.
Although I use an Ubuntu based distribution (Zorin) on all of my full size computers for full hardware compatibility, I use Debian on anything that needs less resources.
Being able to read any tutorial for Debian and knowing that it will be compatible with whatever system...
I never knew Expendable was a Dreamcast game. I used to love that on the PC but always had trouble playing it on my system at the time.
Might need to but a second hand Dreamcast soon.
Very nice work guys. I look forward to seeing how far you can go with this emulator :)
EDIT: Just found out...
This looks awesome and OwnCloud integration would be very much appreciated.
I'm getting a RaspberryPi for xmas and it will be a mediaPC and a small server running OwnCloud for when I'm out and about. I'm currently using Googles stuff but would happily replace all that with this and OwnCloud...
If that's causing the problems I've had then fair enough. Could be worth a shot seeing as though a version's already available.
I'm getting really tired of having to stop a tutorial half way through because it needs a library that I can't seem to get working on the Pandora. I've read through...
I agree with Notaz.
The problem isn't so much with having an older version installed, but more to do with not being able to easily install added libraries like tkinter etc.
It probably wouldn't be worth all the effort unless you upgrade to 3.whatever.
Thanks for this guys, nice job :)
