two disk version of Cadaver is now worse than before
on 005 it began to load from disk2 but simply stopped partway through.
with 006 the game itself now says "there seems to be an error on this disk"
Pepone: Do you have any idea why Overtop doesn't work? It would be great if you could get this working. I'm not sure if this has any bearing on it freezing but I've noticed there's no sound at all when the game starts, not even the little neogeo jingle at the beginning.
Just had a try of this and metal slug 2 loads up great now and works pretty well. thanks for your continued work!
However I'm no longer hearing sound in any game..I checked my config and I've got sound enabled.
Apart from some still pretty serious gfx bugs this is an excellent release, the gui looks great and i've not seen anything dip lower than 58 frames yet!
The only bios you need for mame is for neo-geo, it should work if the files are in a zip called neogeo.zip. Although atm I've got the bios files in each neo-geo romset.
Oh I totally agree, the progress with the snes emu is great so far, whereas progress on the amiga seems stuck :(
So I'd rather he stick to snes emualation as we are much more likely to see a fully playable snes emu before we ever see a playable amiga one.
Sad but true..
I personally hope Squidge does great things with the emulator, and I'm not suggesting he suddenly abandons snes and gets back to work on Amiga. I'm just saying that for me (and also a lot of people Amiga is the "holy grail").
