I have done a lot of research on the subject, so here it goes. There are people on both sides of this issue. Some say that they are harmful or even worse than smoking an actual cigarette and some say that they are much much better for you because of the lack of chemicals used on the tobacco leaf...
Well then, I have two Kangertech EVOD 2 Batteries with a Kangertech Aerotank mini on one and the regular EVOD tank on the other. I am currently looking into getting a Kanger SubBox which uses an 18650 battery as opposed to the little lithium cells in my current ones. :D
Hey! I remember the minidisk! I miss that little thing. I used to use the same disk over and over again since it was all I had. I had to record directly from the device itself. I was young and didnt know anything about it. Thanks for the explination of rockbox too btw.
Thats actually a nice phone for its age. Can you elaborate on RockBox? I have heard about it but never actually seen or even used it. Was there a certain list of devices that supported it back in the day? Speaking of older MP3 Devices, I miss my Sony D-NF430. This thing was amazing! A CD/MP3...
Wow. PalmOS, what a throwback. I'm using an old flip phone from 2009 so I have no mobile OS. I used to own an LG Optimus Q which had Android Gingerbread on it (Rooted and flashed of course). I have a habit of tinkering with every piece of equipment I own. I even dabbled in modding the original...
I mainly use windows for gaming. Other than that I find Ubuntu to be more geared towards a no nonsense individual and it doesnt get all bogged down like a windows install can be
My goodness is that windows? Thats pretty neat. Everyone I talk to about their new windows phones dislike them. I guess they are somewhat exclusive on their apps.
I know everyone here has at least one piece of old tech they are hanging on to. What's your favorite piece of old technology? Mine was my old Zune 30GB. The first generation where they still used an old spinning HDD inside. Man I miss that thing... I dropped it while it was loading a different...
Cool! Thanks for the input. I was toying around with the idea of setting up sort of a home theater setup in my basement after I finish it. I wanted to go with a DLP projector because of how good my mitsubishi has been. I'm starting to think that my board may have been one of the unfortunate...
Thank you igboo. I will have to try that. I tried with an SD card inside a USB reader but with no luck. I'll see if I can borrow a different flash drive. I contacted mitsu two weeks ago with no reply and their customer service line goes to dead air after you select your option.
In regards to...
Hey everybody, how many people here know anything about DLP televisions? I myself own a Mitsubishi WD-65C9 which is their 65 inch rear projection tv made back in 2009. Up until recently it has been a fantastic unit but now I am stuck on the Blue welcome screen after I attempted a software...
It is. But I have loved Buicks since I was small. Having a GNX has always been a dream and the modified regal (wannabe) is just because I wanted a project. I wanted an unassuming vehicle that could hold its own with the best of them while I ride in comfort
Darn it... After I sat here looking over my spelling I completely missed the title. This keyboard is a little unresponsive unless you type hard. It's just an old Toshiba running Ubuntu after all
Nice choices BTW. Both are very sharp!
I completely agree with you. That's the one that made me cringe. I was really hoping it was a typo. I tried contacting the creator to no avail... If they are recreations then great but if they are in fact REAL carts being butchered then I regret posting that...
My classic dream car would have to be a Buick Grand National (Preferably the GNX)
My modern dream car would be more of a tribute to my classic dream car. I have always wanted to take a Buick Regal (98-03) and install a turbo with a lot of supporting mods (Cams, valves, Timing set etc.) creating...
