Hi all!
This thread was the occasion for me to start a battery mod for my gp2x. I decided to go with the folowing Polymer Lithium Ion Batteries :

My gp2x first edition never had a good battery life, even with good cell, I only...
Current version of gngeo have this option, next one should also support it. I still think the best option is to use the universal bios anyway.
While I'm waiting for my pandora, if a dev want to try a quick port, a new devel version of gngeo is available via mercurial...
Thanks Notaz, nice to see a port. I don't have much time to work on gngeo for now unfortunatly.
As for the bug with my code and cyclone, it waw IIRC with the lastest svn source of gngeo, not the 0.7. Or maybe it was my toolchain... I dunno
nice! :)
gngb is actually an old project of my brother. I've write the sound part and the frameskip code however. I'm happy to see that it work ok on wiz, on the gp2x it was too slow. gngb should have a good compatibility but is not as optimized as gnuboy. Is it fullspeed?
Strange, the cyclone core work without any problem on other arm platform.
Maybe some kind of regression with the cortex?

For pepone :
It was not the scale2x effect, but scale x 2 like you tought.
With the scale2x effect, 22khz sound and 500mhz Cpu we get 54 average fps on twinkle...
At first I've readed Scale2x blitter, that's what impressed me, but maybe it's only a scale by 2?
This scaling is in software in gngeo and not optimized though.
The only obstacle to port chrome could have been the v8 javascript engine, because it use just in time compilation.
But since v8 support also arm cpu, a port is indeed possible.
