If you didn't receive the eMail but think it's already your turn to receive the Pyra, you can check that now on this website:
https://dragonbox.de/checkpyra/
All you need is your order number (which you can find in your confirmation email, on your invoice or when you log into your DragonBox...
Okay, thanks to @ClockworkCoder, I was able to create the page :)
I you should've received an email but didn't get it, you can now go to this page and enter your order number.
If your Pyra is ready to be shipped, you will receive all the links you need to finalize your order :)...
Yes, regardless of the OS, the power light should at least blink when you put power into the unit.
I guess we'll need to replace it. Your CPU board is probably fine, so you will keep your setup when we replace the PCB :)
Yes, that sounds like it hasn't shut down properly. Even without a CPU board the mainboard can charge the battery itself :)
Either do the hard power shutdown that ingoreis mentioned - or remove the battery (and all power connections) for 10 seconds.

No, that only works with the...
The order numbers have 9 digits and only the ones for which the Pyras are ready will work. So the possibility of entering a random order number that will actually work is VEEERY low.
Besides, each order is being checked, so if someone places the final order without having the voucher code or...
Huh? All prototypes had been shipped out already, so I need to check that one :O

Hm? I need to...

We're mostly finished. The shop is operating normal again, the repair / rework...
Aaaand here is the long overdue update regarding the Pyra!
All packed in a 17-minute video podcast.
Let me know if you have and further questions.
I'm wishing everyone a very merry christmas - stay healthy, and thanks for everything :)
I'm waiting for the new samples with the new battery compartments before I record the video.

The new plastics have already been tested and work, the only change that is currently being implemented is a new mechanism for the battery cover. I should receive samples of those within the next few weeks.
And yes, we will offer upgrade cases and maybe free new backsides with the new battery...
Well, it could be that something is defective on your unit drawing more Power than it should.
You could try to let the unit sit around for an hour doing nothing (with keyboard brightness disabled and screen to lowest brightness so we have the same comparison base) to see how much the battery...
