Simplify Media what?
Orb what wat you talking that remote video thing no?
OpenOffice might be possible ... Abiword pretty much a given
Microsoft Reader what this is Linux and Arm you know?
7-Zip yes-- not the gui version although i think some of the Linux file compression guis support 7z...
I'm not sure how much of a future aros has... it seems some of its developer have started anubis

Haiku has more potential... and there are developers interesting in ARM/Beagleboard...
in brazil i have only seen a plug with 2 round pins side by side and they usually get bent really easily due the the low quality housing (compared to US plugs that are embedded in solid plastic usaually and are pretty sturdy even if the prong gets bent it can just be bent right back)
whereas if...
@Yod4z you fail :-) there is a reason it is in a code block as you might have noticed XD

Looks really cool what else is there to say :-)
oh yeah he is using a pico projector (projected on ceiling) and a wii mote with it as well in the demo :-)
Brazil... burocratic?
oh yeah.. right nvm XD
Clearly MESS and MAME have their own agendas (exact emulation whatever the cpu cost and what have you)... perhaps this is why they want to start a new project and of course there is bound to be code sharing
Won't we also get homeworld:cateclysm as well since it is pratically the same engine?
also even if the SW port works fine... the opengl renderer will probably look much better I have ran homeworld in SW Directx and opengl mode the latter two look much better and the pandora could probably...
Just make it a generic international keyboard with compose and AtlGr hey maybe it wont make everybody happy but it is fair and it works in the most cases and has the greatest verstility.
I have used American and Brazilian keyboards (which are pretty much just american keyboards + AltGr and a...
how about LLVM? If im thinking right it can jit compile C and C++ code and D and a few other things
I could really care less myself about interpreters... and yeah python has problems too (anyone noticed the memory leakes in fretsonfire ... hideous) although I would probably take to it better...
FYI I am an anti-fanboy
I have programed in java and even the simplest programs become a blight of bloat
True I would prefer C/C++ but what else is new... if java ran in a 10mb or so runtime well that might be alright but it does't
yeah but you realise an arm port is an arm port(from the dynarec mips-> arm standpoint).... it would be a small jump to get it at least running on the pandora from there
abiword doesn't work nearly as well as OO for importing word docs.... kinda hard to share code between a c/c++ and a java project I would think koffice would be sharing more code with abiword than OO
how about including a nice GTK theme and switcher.... my personal favortite is Wiiblack...
you realise you can plug in a USB HD or even mount a network filesystem on it on your home wifi network (and someone is bound to make a GUI to help out) and have access to many TB without having to copy it to the device
the USB HD is a no brainer and like i said someone is bound to make a...
